Safely hidden away in the Eastlands, Karas and the surviving Strikers train for the day when they can finish the task they were always fated for: Infiltrate Texas.
With each passing year, their immunity to the bioweapons Texas uses against the world diminishes. They’re running out of time. Over a hundred years of war and destruction could end, but only if the Strikers can achieve the impossible before their bodies betray them.
When Texas unleashes another bioweapon, this time to clear land so they can expand, the Strikers are left with no choice. Karas and crew must venture across a devastated landscape and into innumerable dangers. They are determined to stop Texas. No risk is too high, no sacrifice too great. For Karas, losing Jovan is the greatest risk of all, but if they win, they will have won a life together. That’s worth fighting for.
